Refund Policy
We want you and your baby to love your KAARVO nursing pillow. If you're not happy, our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee has you covered.
Returns
- You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition and packaging, with all included parts.
- To start a return, email us at hypeza12@hotmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
- Unless the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
Want a different color? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange it, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
Non-returnable items
- The free New Mom Feeding Guide eBook is a digital gift and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Items that have been used, washed, damaged by misuse, or are missing parts.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.
Order cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
