These Terms of Service apply to your use of the KAARVO website and any purchase you make from us. The store is operated by Mudassar LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("KAARVO", "we", "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Using our store

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when placing an order. We may refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

2. Products

We do our best to show our products and colors accurately. Colors and details may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product images may include styling for illustration.

3. Product safety

The KAARVO nursing pillow is designed for feeding support and supervised use only. Always stay awake and watch your baby while using it. Never let your baby sleep on the pillow, and never place it in a crib or bassinet. Our products and content, including the free Feeding Guide eBook, are for general information only and are not medical devices or medical advice. Always follow the advice of your healthcare provider.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars unless your local currency is displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure checkout.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the KAARVO name and logo, text, images and the Feeding Guide eBook, belongs to KAARVO and may not be copied, resold or reused without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAARVO is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

8. Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and uses third-party services for payments and shipping. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
