Free worldwide shipping
Every KAARVO order ships free, wherever you are in the world.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Estimated delivery times
- United States: 7–12 business days
- Canada, UK, Europe & Australia: 10–18 business days
- Rest of the world: 12–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and start once your order ships. Delays can happen during peak seasons, bad weather, or customs checks.
Tracking your order
You can track your order any time on our Track Your Order page, or with the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order ships.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country's customs office. These charges are set by your local government, are not included in our prices, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, or your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, please contact us at hypeza12@hotmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and help resolve it.
Multiple packages
Orders with several items, such as the New Mom Starter Kit, may arrive in separate packages on different days.
